Creating a Free Canvas Account

If you are already using Canvas, please log into your own account.

If you don't have a Canvas account, you can create a Free For Teachers account.

Step 1: go to http://canvas.instructure.com
Step 2: click the "Click Here, It's Free!" banner

Step 3: Select the "I'm A Teacher" button to make your teacher account

 

Step 4: Complete the Teacher Signup form and then click "Start Teaching"

Step 5: Make your first class

 

 

Have a school system Canvas instance?
Enter your SD Canvas URL and sign in.
